The Creator Exchange is a small gathering for creators, business owners, and collaborators to share what they are making and find useful ways to work together.
It is built around participation and conversation. There is no follower minimum. We expect approximately 12–15 participants and review invitations individually so the room stays focused.

Leave the property clean and finish conversations outside the home.
This is a working schedule. Final timing and access instructions will follow venue confirmation.
Represent
what you build.
- A short introduction to your work and where you are headed.
- One specific skill, resource, or opportunity you can offer.
- A clear idea of the collaborators you would like to meet.
- Your phone or camera if you want to capture content.
Dress in a way that represents you and your brand. Respect the home and other guests: no smoking, alcohol, or food. Bottled water stays in the kitchen area.
The setting
has a role.
We are seeking a property partner for the Exchange. A host agreement can include property-focused photo or video, credit in approved content, and introductions when guests choose to discuss real estate.
Guest count, filming areas, parking, permitted use, cleanup, deliverables, and any hosting fee are agreed before a property is confirmed. Guest referrals, buyer leads, and sales are never guaranteed.
